MC Nylon is a cast nylon (PA6 series) polymerized using the monomer casting method. It excels in mechanical strength, wear resistance, and heat resistance compared to general nylon 6, and is widely used in machined parts such as gears, bearings, and rollers. KIRIURI.COM offers a range of round rods in 144 sizes (φ10 to φ250), starting from the basic grade MC901 (blue), as well as uncolored MC900, weather-resistant MC801, sliding MC703HL, heat-resistant up to 150°C MC602ST, conductive MC501CD (R2/R6/R9), and non-carbon anti-static MC500AS (R11).
